网页设计技巧：电子商务导航设计准则

准则1.让导航易于理解与操作
顾客浏览商务网店绝对不会希望导航成为他们顺畅浏览的绊脚石。因此，您应该提供清晰的标志以便说明当用户点击的时候将会找到什么，一目了然，这样客户可以根据自己需要决定选择浏览那些信息。
准则2：让导航方便易用
让您的电子商务网站为残疾人士提供方便有利于企业并且是一个正确的事情。您的一些用户或者将会有残疾，这就要求他们使用屏幕阅读器，放大镜，或其他有帮助的装置去畅游网站。因此应该开发一个让这些装置都容易被理解的导航就显得十分重要了。值得尝试的一个技术就是将基于文本的导航和跳转链接放置在页面的最顶端。
准则3：告诉我我所处的位置
在客户作出他们想要去您网站的那个页面前他们应当知道他们所处的位置。因为如此多的网上购物者使用搜索引擎来查找网上商店，您的客户可以进入您的网站任何地方。因此并不能保证他们是从主页上开始的。
利用视觉和文字的线索（例如，面包屑路径） ，以显示客户给客户知道他或她是在您的网站上所处的位置。
准则4：在大型站点上使用层次和层面
如果您的电子商务网站已超过几个产品类别，有若干品牌或超过12个产品，那很有必要新增导航层次和层面。
作为客户，我希望能够按品牌，价格，适合年龄，颜色，或任何其他产品相关的属性来浏览。您的导航应该让我可以充分享用这个权利。
准则5：让站内搜索易于实现
每个电子商务网站应该允许消费者仅仅搜索商品，这点就无需太多解释。添加一个搜索框到站点的所有页面上，以方便客户随时随地搜索商品信息，这也是一种导航的形式。

Today, I went to the beachfront with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She put the shell to her ear and screamed.
